Your ratings will be used to calculate the grade for individual team members.
Your team will receive one
team grade. Each member's grade will be
team grade Ă—
contribution factor.
The
contribution factor is calculated by aggregating the responses in the form below.
For example, a team of four members handed in the following ratings:
|
Rating by Member1 |
Rating by Member2 |
Rating by Member3 |
(Member4 did not hand in ratings) |
Rating for Member1 |
5 |
4 |

|
Rating for Member2 |
3 |
4 |

|
Rating for Member3 |

2 |
3 |
|
Rating for Member4 |

|
Suppose this team received a team grade of 5.25, each member will receive the grade as follows.
|
Contribution factor |
Grade |
Member1 |
1.30 |
6.00 |
Member2 |
1.07 |
5.75 |
Member3 |
0.57 |
3.00 |
Member4 |
0.98 |
5.25 |
Some observations:
- Member1 was rated high consistently by everyone, and these ratings are higher than other members of the team. Therefore, they received a grade higher than the team grade.
- Member3 received relatively low ratings, so their grade is lower than the rest of the team.
- Although Member4 did not hand in the ratings, they were rated positively by other members, so they still receive a decent grade
