Your ratings will be used to calculate the grade for individual team members.
Your team will receive one team grade. Each member's grade will be team grade × contribution factor. The contribution factor is calculated by aggregating the responses in the form below. For example, a team of four members handed in the following ratings:

Suppose this team received a team grade of 5.25, each member will receive the grade as follows.

Member4	0.98	5.25

Some observations:

• Member1 was rated high consistently by everyone, and these ratings are higher than other members of the team. Therefore, they received a grade higher than the team grade.
• Member3 received relatively low ratings, so their grade is lower than the rest of the team.
• Although Member4 did not hand in the ratings, they were rated positively by other members, so they still receive a decent grade
